​Stacey Dennis is the Founder of Possibilities Unlocked and a seasoned HR strategist with many years of experience transforming HR into a true business driver. She’s worked with organizations from Sallie Mae to high-growth startups, always with a focus on accountability, resiliency and lasting development. As a leadership coach and business strategist, Stacey equips leaders to communicate with impact, build resilient teams and step fully into their influence. Stacey is known for her tough-love coaching style, humor and ability to turn messy challenges into momentum. She holds a degree in HR from Ball State University and has advised startups, small businesses, and private equity-backed firms across the country.
​Craig brings over four decades of leadership, operations, and continuous improvement expertise across manufacturing, start-ups, and acquisitions. With 24 years in operations management (including as a plant manager) in the printing and packaging industries and 16 years leading continuous improvement at a major food company, he’s guided teams through organizational transformations from the C-suite to the production floor — even spearheading the Organizational Development pillar for a Fortune 300 supply chain. Known for dynamic, hands-on training that drives real change, Craig now leads 4C Excellence, where he designs customized leadership, culture, and process improvement programs for individuals, teams, and organizations. His career has shown him the powerful link between sustained success and developing leaders and teams that embrace continuous improvement.
